Nothin’ like fresh whip to fill or finish a cake, cupcake, or pie. Add it to hot chocolate. Or as a special topping to pancakes.

Ingredients

heavy cream, chilled

tsp
powdered sugar
optional add-in
1/2
tsp
vanilla
1/2
tsp
almond extract
1/2
tsp
fresh dark roast coffee
Instructions
In Mr. Mixer using wire whisk, whip cream at a high speed until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar if using. Whip a bit more to incorporate.
Add liquids (vanilla, almond extract, and coffee). Whip again to mix. Store refrigerated in airtight container with lid for maybe 1 week.
