  1. In Mr. Mixer using wire whisk, whip cream at a high speed until soft peaks form.
  2. Add powdered sugar if using. Whip a bit more to incorporate.
  3. Add liquids (vanilla, almond extract, and coffee). Whip again to mix. Store refrigerated in airtight container with lid for maybe 1 week.
