- 3 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 pinch sugar
- olive oil for sauteeing

Instructions
- Prep: chop bacon, slice cabbage, and chop onion.
- In large pot over medium heat, add chopped bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add cabbage, onion, and sugar. Cook, stirring continuously for 5 minutes, until tender.
