- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 C sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 T butter
- 1 1/4 C chives
- 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pinch marjoram
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2-1 C green onion, thinly sliced
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- milk
- paprika for garnish

Instructions
- Cut potatoes into 1 1/2" chunks. Rinse with cold water before adding to large stock pot filled 3/4 full with water. Boil potatoes until tender.
- When cooked, drain potatoes in colander.
- While potatoes are boiling, in medium sized glass bowl, soften butter and cream cheese in microwave per your unit's instructions. Add sour cream. Stir together to mix well. Chop chives and green onions, reserving for later use. Cook bacon, if using. Crumble and set aside.
- In large bowl, by hand or using Mr. Mixer, add butter, cream cheese, sour cream mixture, creaming it additionally if needed. Add hot potatoes and beat until smooth, adding small amounts of milk as needed.
- Add chives, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Beat until well-mixed.
- Add garlic, green onions, and marjoram. Beat until well-mixed.
- Pour into large casserole dish or crockpot.
- Dot with additional butter and garnish with paprika.
- Bake in over set to 350 degrees for 25 minutes OR cook on low in crockpot for 2-3 hours. If cooked in crockpot, add a few additional drops of butter and stir just before serving. NOTE: can be refrigerated overnight in either casserole dish or crockpot and reheated the next day before serving.
