This casserole also includes Omega 3’s!

Another benefit of this recipe is this: you can prep it on Friday. Pop it in the oven on Saturday morning. It’ll cook itself while you’re showering!

Serve it at a brunch.

Kick up the caliente with cayenne. Or use just a dash. If you’re family doesn’t like flavors hot, altogether omit!

You can even serve this dish with other offerings. My family enjoyed this egg casserole and our favorite Pancakes hot off the griddle!
