Mimi’s Pumpkin Bread
Because we have a big family to feed, I usually make this recipe in batches and freeze it for those “rainy days” when we really want some of Mimi’s pumpkin bread. We typically enjoy pumpkin bread with our breakfast, especially during the fall (or whenever my daughter-in-love, Saydie, is craving pumpkin sweets).
