Ingredients
- 2.5 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 tsp. Salt Lick dry rub w/ garlic
- 1/2 C roasted Hatch green chilies, chopped
- 1 C Stubbs barbecue sauce

Instructions
- Rinse chicken breasts under faucet and place in crockpot.
- Sprinkle chicken w/ dry rub. Add green chilies.
- Add BBQ sauce on top of chicken . Stir to mix slightly.
- Cook on high for 4 hours. Shred with two forks.
- Serve on cheesy toasted *bun. *gluten-free option
