- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C half and half
- 1/2 C skim milk
- 1 T ground cinnamon
- 2 drops Young Living Essential Oil - lemon or orange
- 1 drop Young Living Essential Oil - clove
- 1 drop Young Living Essential Oil - nutmeg
- 1 drop Young Living Essential Oil - cinnamon bark
- dash Himalayan pink sea salt
- 16 slices Alpine Valley Organic Honey Sprout Bread

Instructions
- Prep seasoned egg & milk mixture: In square or rectangular dish, crack eggs, add half and half and milk, add cinnamon, salt, and essential oils. Whip well with whisk.
- Preheat griddle or saute pan - medium heat.
- Quickly dip both sides of a slice of bread in egg-milk mixture. Place on preheated griddle or saute pan. Repeat. Cook for a few minutes on each side, flipping bread as needed until golden brown all over.
- Butter hot French toast and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
