- 1 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
- 1 tbsp Almond Meal
- one-half cup Gluten Free Oats
- one-third cup Un-Sweet Vanilla Almond Milk
- Dash Baking Powder
- Dash Salt
- Dash Pumpkin Pie Spice Or any spice you want!
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Agave
- 1 sprinkle Raw Sugar
- 3 halves Raw Pecans
- 4 Chocolate Chips

Instructions
- Stir all dry Ingredients in a large soup bowl (microwave safe).
- Add in egg, almond milk and agave. Mix well.
- Wipe off sides of bowl.
- Break pecans into pieces and gather around the edges. Place in chips as well. Sprinkle edge with raw sugar so it will caramelize in the process.
- Cook in microwave for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Remove immediately and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to allow sides to harden a bit. Enjoy!
